Waikato based stainless steel manufacturers get rid of pickling paste for good!

When Managing Director Hurb Singh decided it was time to get rid of dangerous pickling acid from the Singh’s Engineering Services workshop and speed up their weld cleaning processes, he purchased a Cougartron ProPlus electrochemical weld cleaning machine – and they haven’t looked back!

In fact, they’re so impressed they made their own video of the Cougartron in action to show us exactly why they love it!

Workshop Foreman, Phil Reid says “it’s so fast compared to pickling acid”. And Assistant Manager, Darl Singh tells us that it’s “really the speed Cougartron operates at that was the real deciding factor” that made them purchase the machine.
