ELITE™ was created because our products needed a brand that matched their quality. ELITE™ isn’t just a name, it’s a status. Every product is designed by New Zealanders for New Zealand engineers, and every product has to earn its way into the range through a rigorous testing and sourcing process. Not everything makes it through. What carries the ELITE™ name does because it has genuinely earned it. A small handful carry ELITE+™, reserved for the very top of the range. ELITE™ products earn their place in our range the same way every product does, tested, used, and backed before it finds a place on our shelves.

Three flats machined into the shank so it can’t slip in the chuck under load. High-molybdenum tool steel with special heat treatment and black oxide finish for durability and lubrication. Flute design clears swarf upward rather than letting it pack into the hole. 130° split point for cleaner, faster penetration with less pressure, and stays sharp longer.

The EasyAs123 Product naming system

Every Elite product uses our 3-digit numbering system, EasyAs123 — a system built for re-ordering and quick recognition. Products in the same family share a leading digit: Wire Brushes all start with a 6, Cutting and Grinding Discs all start with a 9, Flap Discs all start with a 1 etc…

WORKED EXAMPLEThe ELITE+ 911

The best European quality. The ELITE+ 911 Thin Cutting Disc has a sharp grain for cooler cutting. Uniquely designed, the ceramic and zirconia grain mix is built to last the distance, quick cutting, longer lasting, resulting in fewer disc changes. As the grain breaks down it exposes new cutting edges, allowing the disc to cut for a longer length of time.

The edges come pre-honed, so there’s no glazing to cut through before you get a clean cut. A unique reinforcing design makes it stronger and safer. And it’s 100% inox, fully contamination-free, so it can be used on any steel.

Replaced an earlier in-house design that didn’t meet the standard Euromarc wanted. The team searched globally, tested competing designs, and took the best elements of tip, pen body, and mechanism to build the Elite 208 from scratch.
